Shipping Costs

For Folkstory orders under £75, shipping is a flat rate of £3.95 for UK Mainland.

Orders over £75 will automatically qualify for FREE shipping within the UK Mainland.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri service, with tracking numbers provided upon dispatch, so you can track your order until it reaches your door.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch your Folkstory order within 1-3 days of placing it. Orders are sent via the Tracked service, and most orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. However, please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery, especially during busy periods (e.g., Christmas) or if there is any industrial action.
