Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@folkstory.co.uk. 

If your return is accepted, instructions will be provided how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Important Please Note: Folkstory takes no responsibility for the cost of the return postage this is down to the buyer, you will be refunded the original price of the item but not the postage costs, as a small business we can not offer refunds on postage for 'change of mind'.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
